SMS / Mobile Information

If you choose to provide a mobile number and opt in, we use it to send account-related alerts (for example, margin risk alerts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

Carrier-required non-sharing clause

“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

What we collect

Account information you provide during onboarding (name, email, trading account metadata).
Optional mobile number and SMS opt-in preference if you enable SMS alerts.
App usage and diagnostics needed to operate the service reliably.

How we use information

To provide the dashboard and trading bot configuration experience.
To send account-related alerts when you explicitly opt in (SMS is opt-in only).
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Your choices

You can change your SMS number and opt-in status anytime from the app’s SMS settings. You can also opt out by replying STOP to cancel.
